At Copper Creek, KB Home will construct new 1- and 2-story homes and offer seven distinct floor plans on oversized homesites. With up to 7 bedrooms and 5 baths and ranging in size from 1,800 to 2,800 square feet, these KB homes also feature desirable design characteristics like spacious great rooms, ample storage, flex spaces, kitchen nooks and 3-car garage options. Pricing begins in the high $200,000s.
