Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Declares Dividends on Preferred Stock1 Views
Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG) announced that its board of directors has declared the following dividends payable on January 7, 2019, to preferred shareholders of record at the close of business on December 22, 2018:
● a semi-annual cash dividend of $37.00 per share on CFG’s 6.000% Fixed-to-Floating Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B; and
● a quarterly cash dividend of $12.57 per share on CFG’s 6.375% Fixed-to-Floating Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C.(1)
